Our ApartHotel Holzerhof is located in a quiet position in the heart of one of Austria’s most beautiful holiday destination: the hiking and skiing region Schladming-Dachstein is a paradise for mountain fans both in summer and in winter. Young and old are offer their perfect holiday experiences – from enjoying the magnificent mountain panoramas to family-friendly activities and exciting mountain adventures.

Since generations, our family has been managing the Holzerhof. More than 60 years ago, several rooms were rent in addition to the farm business. Over time, the Holzerhof has been refurbished and expanded several times. With summer 2019, our guests are offered even more comfortable rooms and spacious apartments too – each of them with a balcony or terrace. The ApartHotel Holzerhof is characterised by a harmonious combination of hearty hospitality and modern comfort. Our rich breakfast buffet with regional delicacies can be optionally added to the booking too.

Right in front of the ApartHotel Holzerhof, there are hiking paths and bike tours. The city or ski bus takes you to the centre of Schladming and to the access to the 4-moutnains interlinked ski area within 5 minutes. Even more flexible are our e-bikes that are available for rental free of charge after consultation with our reception team. The Holzerhof is a paradise for kids too: It offers a large playground with trampoline and go-carts, cute animals and a playroom. Adult guests will look forward to relaxing in our wonderful wellness area.

Only a few steps from the hotel, there is a city and ski bus station. By bus, you can reach the valley station of Planai cableway within 5 minutes, which is the access to the 4-moutnains interlinked ski area in Schladming, with Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. The ski area has already received multiple award and offer endless fun for both skiers and snowboarders.

The indicated prices are to be understood excluding all taxes and without meals. The prices are valid per day at a minimum stay of 3 days. The prices include the daily room cleaning (vacuuming, bathroom cleaning and bed-making) as well as the change of sheets and towels. Subject to errors and modifications.

If the double room is only occupied by 1 person, we apply a surcharge of 20 € per person and day.

The breakfast can be optionally added to your booking. In addition to the above-mentioned prices, we apply a surcharge of 12€ per person and day.

Breakfast: 7:30 - 9:30 am

For the final cleaning of the Studios and Apartments, we apply an amount of 20-60 € in addition to the above-mentioned prices.

Since 1st November 2022, the indicated prices are to be understood plus a local tax of 2,50 € per person (from the completed 15th year of life) and day.

For short stays under 3 days, a surcharge of +6.00 € (1 day) or +3.00 € (2 days) is applied per person and day.

Our rooms and apartments are available at the lasted from 2 pm. The arrival is possible earlier too.
